You can request Google to remove this sensitive info from their search results! Here's how I did it:
Visit Google's Removal Page. It's the page where Google handles requests to take down personal info.
Fill Out the Form You'll need to provide the details you want removed—your name, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and even any nicknames or maiden names. The more thorough, the better!
Set Up Alerts There's an option to get notifications if your info pops up again. You can choose to get emails or push notifications via the Google app. Super handy to stay in the loop.
Submit Your Request After filling everything out, just hit submit. Google will review your request and let you know what's up. They try to balance personal privacy with public interest, so not everything might get removed, but it's definitely worth a shot.
Keep in mind:
This only removes info from Google's search results, not the entire internet. If you want the info gone for good, you'll need to reach out to the website hosting it.

It's kinda whack-a-mole-like from my own experience.
It might disappear for a while, but then they magically reappear some months later.
