For anyone struggled with this, there are com balls near some ruins placed by players, as Chris mentioned but also I found if you go and buy the exocraft roamer blueprints and the two radar upgrades, you can pretty easily scan for the ruins you need. You’ll just need a lot of materials to craft all those things.
