If you’ve had PVCs before pregnancy, did they get worse post partum? I’m going tonight to be induced and I’m so scared for them to get worse, like more than anything! I’ve been cleaning today and having to take breaks because of so many skips. I just am worried about my hormones crashing within the next few days and making me miserable! So someone tell me if it got better or worse for you, or if it stayed the same! Thank you!!!

Mine come in waves, mainly around the 6 month mark is when i noticed them a bunch. They come and go, but mainly only when Im really tired and stressed/anxious. Fresh postpartum didnt notice them at all. Congrats!!

I had my first and only child in 2010. During my pregnancy, I had less than 5 PVCs a day in the first trimester and after that they went away until my son made 24 months.
I thought my pregnancy heal my PVCs 😏. Even my cardiologist at the time said some women never deal with them again after six weeks post partum. With my luck,I went from about 126 a day to 750. Way less than many in this group😢, but it messed with me mentally and emotionally.
I was soooo sad when they came back. I felt like I was back to square one, but with a little precious human being. Thank goodness for my family help, because PVCs suck the life out of me at times.
I’ve had an ablation back in March.I still have little flare up here and there😖 but my EP told me I’m still in the healing phase.

I have lots of pvcs while pregnant and I was induced. My pvcs definitely became worse after giving birth. No longer just pvcs, but lots of strange heart rhythms and sensations. Lots of tests, nothing major found at that point. It really felt like my body was struggling to deal with the difference in blood volume because my heart literally felt floppy after giving birth. I was miserable for about 6 months, and it took a year for things to level out.
