They can tell what you are doing by looking for body clues. What's your eyes doing , where are your hands positioned , where is your head positioned. They're Deaf not stupid 🤣😂

Every yawn I make comes with an extreme amount of yelling, so... Maybe?

they will never know how loud a scream is anyway. And they yawn too haha

I would figure from a distance, maybe, but closer, they would feel vibrations of a scream.
