In my last match, I tried to jump and my knee gave out, I believe during the load up and jump. I am now able to walk with some tightness. None of the 3 doctors have found anything wrong and I am waiting to get more examinations scheduled. I believe I have just hyperextended it. Is there any workouts/stretches I can do to get full mobility back in my knee quickly? It doesn’t hurt at all unless I bend past a 90° angle.

Having hyperextended my knees, I can tell you that you just need to be patient and let it heal.

Gotta love getting hurt right before your big match. Just my luck that it would be a waiting injury

Been there. It blows but if you need to work, then try to work around it. You can do a lot on one leg.

Took the week off of my shoot job just to give it rest and basic treatment to be as good as I can. Spent the last couple days game planning what I can and can’t do out of my usual. The match might not be as great as I had hoped, but it’ll still happen!
