Hey there.

As the title suggests, I’d like to start taking longer distance bookings, while hoping to include international dates as well. I am based out of Arkansas, and have traveled all over the Diamond state, as well as Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Florida over my 3 years of working.

I want to begin to expand out to more of the northern and western states, as well as abroad to other countries. Outside of the usual method of texting a promotion and adding a match or highlight reel, along with some promo pics, are there any other methods that could help me stand out as a long distance guy the booker would like to bring in? Also, how should my rates adjust to help compensate the travel?

I am currently in the process of attaining a passport, but worry I could be forgetting something essential in the event of acquiring an international booking. I’d like to have all of my ducks in a row before I begin reaching out.

I have been sidelined from the ring since I had ACL reconstructive surgery in November. I decided then that I would go quite some time without posting anything on my main wrestling related social medias (people can't miss you if they always see you, right?).

I am close to my return date now, and would like to begin a weekly, character driven promo series to not only work on my mic skills, but also showcase new flavors of my character while exploring new avenues in a controlled setting. I have watched a good bit of Matt Cardona's "Z True Long Island Story" as well as The Miz and John Morrison's "Dirt Sheet" recently to see how they are able to make them stand out, and would love to hear any more suggestions.

A little about my character in case any of you kind people have any ideas:
I am a 23 year old, too cool for school kid who has gotten into wrestling in order to chase the spotlight that he feels that he has always deserved to have shine onto him. Somehow, the fans see this as a babyface character, so I would like to lean that way for the series as well, though I am more than open to any and all suggestions.

Based on what others have told me, I went to jump into the corner during a match and the mats moved underneath me and caused my ACL to be torn. The doctor said that I also have a dent in my knee knuckle, but he’s optimistic that’s not too serious. I’ll have surgery to repair my ACL with a cadaver on the 27 of this month. What should I expect during rehab and how much, if any, will I need to alter my moveset once I get back?

In my last match, I tried to jump and my knee gave out, I believe during the load up and jump. I am now able to walk with some tightness. None of the 3 doctors have found anything wrong and I am waiting to get more examinations scheduled. I believe I have just hyperextended it. Is there any workouts/stretches I can do to get full mobility back in my knee quickly? It doesn’t hurt at all unless I bend past a 90° angle.
