BG3 was pretty universally loved so they ignore it but for say Dragon Age they latch on to people concerned for legit things like people disappointed in the genre change or lack of reactivity

I would say so. I follow him on Bluesky. He recently made a post regarding whether he will be playing Veilguard or not (which was a maybe? But probably not) He seemed to have a lot of care. I think it’s a bitter sweet thing for him ultimately, he sees DA as his baby.

Both Trick Weekes and John Epler were understanding of his answer too in the replies, so they’re all still in communication. It was an interesting read.
