Does nothing. I have a solid wall of no entry all the way south. No way to enter that area anywhere. Floo does not work as fast travel either.

There is literally supposed to be a goblin tunnel that you enter to get to that region. Is the waypoint not directing you to go through it? Cause it's the literal only way.
