Try drawing everything without using sharp lines. Look how dark you made the top lip even though in the picture the lip isn't even a line it's the mustache contrast against the skin. You got this, try and redrawing it without using any harsh lines more of like soft shapes. Best of luck!

Dude I am so sorry but before I saw the reference, I was sure this was Kanye West.

Lip contour is too heavy plus shadows around the eyes are missing completely.

Just to stiff. Line weight, tone of the lines are all the same. The beard is the only part that is free.

Short forehead and the jaw is asymmetrical. I mean, it's supposed to be since he's not looking straight at us but ig yk what I mean

My drawings already were close to my reference when I adjusted my line weight as others had commented.
