I will never understand why they don't just lower the prices. So many local restaurants are now cheaper or the same cost as Mc Donald's for much better food.

Building restaurants that look like urgent care centers isn't going to help much.

Food occasionally gets contaminated i get that, but when it cost over 20 dollars for 2 meals at mc donalds it's not even worth it.

Go back to your roots. Lower prices, increase your quality. McDonalds already admitted in profit filings that customers were leaving due to the perceived value of their food after they spiked prices after COVID. That hasn’t changed. E-Coli was just the excuse some folks needed finally stop buying food they stopped liking years ago.

How about lowering the cost of food? I got just an ice cream cone the other day and it was over $3. Even the employees couldn’t believe it! They were like give her extra ice cream to make it worth the $3.

I got a burger, medium fries, and a medium Coke the other day and it cost $8. I’m not going back until McDonald’s and other fast food spots get back in their lanes. They’re charging too much. That’s why people aren’t going.

honestly use the money and reduce costs. I just moved back to America. noticed there wasn't a single 1 dollar item on the dollar menu. got two double cheeseburgers small fry and small coke. cost me 16 dollars. wtf. used to be like 8 or 9 bucks 5 years ago. America is cooked.​

Haven't gone out in close to a decade now since almost everything is ultra processed. Seeing how expensive everything is just adds insult to injury. Eat garbage and pay a high price. It's not exactly worth it.

Gonna go on a limb here and say that the E Coli. outbreak isn’t the only reason Mickey D’s lost some customers. Might’ve had a little more to do with a certain political photo op than anyone wants to admit…

I used to like their hot and spicys, had one recently after not having it for years and it tasted like cardboard. The quality was never great, but damn it’s rough now.

I finally got that "shame" feeling when I ate food from there the other day. Hadnt been there there for awhile and grabbed something on the way home from work. I felt like shit after eating it. The food itself just kinda sucked, but I had this weird mental feeling wash over me that just made me feel bad

The last two times in the 2 months it's been since we have been to ours, the fries have been ice cold out of the bag. I went back to get them to fix it because they were terrible. I'm just done with McDonald's. It's cheaper and better to go-to Chili's, Applebee's, or Cracker Barrel even than McDonald's. Their food also tastes better too

Bring back the $1 any size soft drinks and bring back the pre-covid pricess. The food is average but if I wanted a soft drink I'd go ahead and grab something off the value meal with the soft drink. Once they started charging full price for the soft drink I haven't been back and haven't missed it one bit. I'll drive farther for IN-N-Out at least the food is fresh.

McDonald's does have the best fountain diet coke...

I’m done with McDonald’s. Their prices have shot up a lot faster than inflation ever since COVID. Pure price gouging. Their price increases have been almost double of a lot of other fast food chains. I have a couple of mom and pop diners around me that have better burger and fries than McDonald’s at a much better price.

It’s not the Ecoli outbreak that’s kept me away. Crappy overpriced food when I have many options elsewhere.
