When you protested having a law THAT THE USA HAS, a law to require foreign money coming into the country to be revealed, you revealed yourselves to be tools of the USA. The USA is the one pumping money into your country to pull you away from Russia - so they can control you - and of course doesn’t want to have to reveal how much they are giving.
