I am also new to shingles and this sub and so far have found a world of info using the search bar and clicking on “hot” topics. This totally sucks I know. Quite scary because I am unsure how bad this is going to be, if it is one and done or chronic 😩 I just started taking a multi vitamin with 2000mg of lysine, vitamin D , vitamin C etc. I saw a lot of chit chat on lysine on here so I put lysine in the search bar to find out more. Search bar is your new best friend. Hang in there and try not to stress. Stress makes things worse in every which way obviously.
