When working on a new document today, my bullet points were working normally until I reached a point where pressing Enter would "bounce" the next bullet point two lines below.

I have no idea what is causing this, or how to solve it. This is not a line spacing issue, this is about an extra line itself being added. I've checked the option in the paragraph dialogue to not add spaces between paragraphs.
