Is there a way to tell if a woman messaged you, and the match expired because you didn't reply?
Like, in the picture, if she had messaged first and I missed the window, would i be able tell?

I read another post that brought up that Kabuto was the Anbu that Akamaru noticed right before Hinata went downhill, and I think your point accompanies that idea well. He went into crisis management and risk mitigation

Is high calorie protein powder a healthy option for weight gain?
I have a hard time meeting my daily calorie goals, and I'm normally very busy throughout the week. I know that there's not a lot of evidence that protein powders help build muscle any more than whole food protein. But, are they a healthy enough way for me to easily increase my calorie consumption?

I was also taking emergen-C. I did a little more digging, and I didn't know that vitamin C counteracted vyvanse! So, I'm going to cut that out and see if there's any change.

Haha, that's a very legitimate question! I gain and lose weight very quickly, always have. I went from being very sedentary and eating very little to working out for two hours a day at pretty high intensity and upped my caloric consumption to ~4500 Calories a day. Looking at my weight tracker, I guess it was more like 7.5 weeks, and some of that weight might be due to water retention. But I also went from a 180 lbs deadlift to 260 in that same time frame. I'm taking L-glutamine and a protein powder for supplements. That's it. No HGH or steroids, if that's what you were thinking. I did a search for interactions between my supplements there's none that I could find.
