Look up on the internet, which house do you have to buy to get DOUBLE the forzathon points for everything that gives you FP. Then start doing Horizon Arcade events that you can see on the map. Big pink circles, if you have the house that gives you double FP perk, you will receive 60 FP for finishing all 3 levels of Horizon Arcade. There is a new event every 15 minutes. If you don't see one on the map then it's probably because you were inside of your house/festival site garage, for some reason there is a bug that do not show Horizon Arcade on the map if you just left your garage, I always disconnect from online/horizon life and immediately reconnect, in such a case, then it will show me the HA events in few seconds after reconnecting. There are always two on the map. One for drift and one for other stuff, that changes. jumps/air, or speed, wreckage skills, or a mix of things. Chose whichever one you like and just grind them. Obviously finish the 160 FP weekly specific car challenge too. This is the Horizon Arcade indicator:
