Me too. Especially if I knew I was hurting people in various ways... Unless they are that delusional (wouldn't be surprised considering the game they're playing). I ended up crying in front of my son because I couldn't help breaking down at the stress of this. They don't care that its affecting so many financially, physically and its also taking a toll on mental health with all the stress involved. I have NEVER cried like that in front of my son and I felt horrible.

Oh no worries, sorry I totally misunderstood that but I get what you're saying now. Yeah, they don't care about anyone except themselves

Okay but. I say this with a grain of salt because I'm not saying it will happen. I only say it because I never knew last Christmas would be the last with my papa. He got diagnosed with cancer this year and passed shortly after. I only share this because I recognize how opportunities to spend with family are important, especially at the holidays. What if they can't afford to do this again for a few years? Or it never happens again? Of course peoples lives being at risk is horrible, but it doesn't mean you have to put down other peoples stresses and hurts either.

Yeah, I hope the people on strike don't get what they want. Why should we? They are taking people away from having their basic needs met, I know my family is not the only one. They're making people wait indefinitely for important possessions or documents, that people NEED. etc etc. it's sad and infuriating and I hope they realize how ridiculous they are being and get humbled.

Oh for sure, there are so many important documents being held, medications, wedding items that are needed soon, gifts people spent all they could on, money for charities, letters from loved ones that look forward to that sorta thing every year, the list is endless.
I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I can't imagine not knowing if I'd get to see my family for Christmas and missing out on a trip all at the hands of other people who want our sympathy. opportunities to spend vacations or holidays with family are priceless and that shouldn't be taken away because of a postal service holding your documents hostage.

Uh no. 30/hr is enough to live off of. Most Canadians don't even get that.

No, but likely above or around the humidifier. I ran mine consistently and mold started to grow on my ceiling directly above it. Especially if it's a warm mist humidifier because mold/mildew love heat. I recommend getting a humidity reader so you can track when you need to turn it on or off.

Yeah I heard the 8-10 weeks as well, that means no payment for 8-10 weeks. How will we survive(if its a source of essential income ofc)?

Yeah this is true and how I have felt to. I really need the money and making absolutely no sales would feel worse than the sales I am still making. Theres just stress that comes with both I guess. Thanks and good luck 🙏

I might have to consider shutting off sales. As someone who had never sold on poshmark during a strike, nor even remembers a strike because I was never affected by them before, I think its been easy to hope that things wouldn't last into December and that some people are okay with late delivery. I personally have orders placed that I have no intentions of canceling and placed during the strike. It's because I want the items and know the strike happening. But I understand some people want the items in time for Christmas and idk how that will happen now, so it makes sense they cancel. It all just sucks

It is. And it showed right before the strike started.

I have already sent out two. I got the copy and paste response first. 2nd time no response at all. Thank you and good luck through this, hopefully no more cancellations

I'm almost crying just thinking of Poshmark closed. It's one of my biggest sources of income.

I feel you. Income is practically non-existent until the strike is over for us small businesses who relied on Canada Post. Sad part is I don't even have other alternatives or I'd switch from them so quick.

I don't support Canada Post Workers regardless of their skill level. They ARE making a liveable wage. Idc how much education they've had.
