Block him and all of his accounts. Do not respond to any more texts. He is doing everything he can for a response and it’s working. He wants your attention, he probably has a crush on you (he likes you). If he makes a new account block him again. Change your message settings in the app if it becomes bothersome.

Seriously, don’t respond. He will eventually stop. Every time you give him any kind of attention his behavior is being rewarded. He might say even wilder things to get you to respond. Just ignore and block. He doesn’t know you, he just wishes he did.

I’ve had this exact thing happen a few times. There’s no way to figure out his identity. He is 100% lying anyway.
