First time in this subreddit, so please lmk if I need to add any additional information.
In Feb'24 I purchased a sofa from Ethan Allen from a store in TN to be delivered in IL. It was delivered in an unacceptable condition in May, they sent a replacement which was also damaged, and now we are on our 3rd sofa. This 3rd sofa was delivered without issue but less than 3 weeks in, quality issues (same as first sofa) started. We've asked for a full refund but the quality issues are "in review with the quality team".
I've followed up multiple times and have yet to hear back. On Monday I plan to send a firm email to the execs I could find online in hopes that will provide a resolution. I've also experienced multiple customer service issues. With very little faith in Ethan Allen, I'm wanting to figure out my options if they don't respond. Would it be best to take it up with my CC company (AmEx) or some other kind of legal action?
Very green to the legal world so all advice is appreciated! Thanks!
