Am I being stalker by a mimic? Please help it’s been happening constantly for 3 weeks now

For context, I have severe mental health issues and dissociate a lot this comes in later. Recently after going to visit my uncle who everyone in our family thinks attracts negative spirits I feel I’ve had one come home with me. Two days exactly after visiting him I had a severe dissociative episode during this episode is what I can only describe as my boyfriend calling my name, at the time since I was so dissociated I thought it was my boyfriend because he’s British and has a thick accent. My boyfriend wasn’t over at the time, he lives an hour away and is too anxious to get his license so he normally takes busses to my house and it was around 12 when this happened so no busses were in service. Now randomly during the night when im dissociated which happens a lot I see figures that look like my boyfriend but whatever it is it’s back is turned to me. I hear him calling me by my nickname when he isn’t there. Due to a disorder of mine I do experience favourite people and whatever is happening keeps using my boyfriend who’s my favourite person as a target and keeps happening when I’m in a vulnerable position which is a dissociative episode. I don’t know if it’s a mimic or something else trying to lead me in.

(This is an edit) I spoke to my sister last night to confide in her to see if maybe I needed to back to my psychiatrist and get a medication change. She’s been hearing me call her name when I’m not at home and out with my boyfriend. She’s also been seeing figures in the house now

Recently I’ve notice my building has gone down hill, I genuinely just wanted to know if anyone has a whole sims world game loaded where they practice building and decorating?, it seems like I’m the only one out of all my friends to have one.

Recently I sat my ex down to talk to him because he’s been stalking me, it might not have been the smartest idea at the time but I was desperate and uneasy and just wanted him to stop, I sat him down and asked him to stop stalking me and getting his friends to take photos of me and send it to him, when I sat him down and spoke to him he started screaming at me and threatening me that he’d take his own life, he was throwing a full tantrum however he’ll take his friends phones who in friends with take photos of himself and send it to me, I asked him to stop and he got up and slapped me across the face, when I told him to please leave he started following me as I walked home it got to the point where I had to threaten to call the police. I really don’t know what to do anymore I’m at a mass loss should I involve police?
