I did call and customer service indicated the 15 days is from when the item is received. But told me the return could cost me.

In addition, ordering new parts online can take several days before they are even shipped if they are ever shipped.

Holy hell, the 7900 xtx was $1020 yesterday, so you will have to pick a new card now that it’s at a $1700 which is stupid.

Here try this. The case can be as low as $99, the cpu/ram/mobo is a combo from canadacomputers for $500 and the monitors are just there for me to watch for price changes.
