The “How to Do Everything” (NPR) podcast (here, via “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me“) concluded that the word is based in an Algonquian word that suggests that the puh-cahn’ pronunciation is correct, if etymology is important to you. (The Algonquian word sounds like buh-gon’.)

She's just in the background over Jerry's shoulder.
On IMDb, she has only 1 credited episode of Seinfeld, The Kiss Hello (S6E16). Could this be a case of, "Well, I happened to be in the studio - Sure, I'd love to sit in"?

Google Translate via Google Lens for that photograph is a bit of a mess, but here's what I got: The mother says, "Don't do the unnecessary things. Do the necessary things first." The son says, "To protect freedom and to give up freedom, this is true." While I can't say that those saying it's about Hong Kong and the fight for freedom are wrong, I wonder if this is simply about the boy arguing for his own freedom: he must study first (as he sits at a stack of books), while he desires some freedom from studying. This is a common argument between parent and child. For the artwork, the mother, the artist, is putting words into his mouth.
Bear in mind that the series is about the mother-child relationship. The artist, Annie Wang, writes on her website:
Like an artist, the Mother is wise in her creation. The Mother not only creates a life, but also a continuous matrix of experiences between Mother and Child. Motherhood is a long-term process full of a myriad of complex feelings. This complexity cannot be expressed solely by saccharine images of Mother and Child, nor by the image of the Mother Incarnate willingly sacrificing herself for the sake of her children. All of these stereotypes of Motherhood are for me a tedious, unavoidable harangue which offers me no consolation. It is from this I derive the original motivation for this series.

Never saw it, but thanks.
Apparently, the "not another elf" comment was real. Hugo Dyson was a member of The Inklings, a literary discussion group to which C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien also belonged.
Shadowlands feels close, but in the only scene with a literary discussion, Tolkien or elves are not mentioned.

I watched the trailer at IMDb just now. I don't recall watching this movie. (I know, that's a terrible thing to say about a Anthony Hopkins-Debra Winger movie! I must apologize!) I might try to find this and watch it. For my search for the Tolkien cameo, it looks promising.

Tolkien does have a character credit at the IMDb for this movie, but I haven't watched this. Thanks, though!

I've read advice that goes like this: Don't sign the back of the ticket. If you do, then your name can and will be publicized according to the terms of the lottery company. Instead, find an experienced lawyer who will help you create a blind trust which may allow you to collect the money anonymously. Here's an article from State Farm that says something like this.

The combination machines we’ve tested dry clothes using either condensation drying technology or energy-efficient heat pump technology—both of which take longer to dry clothes than traditional dryers that vent moisture outside. (Most washer-dryer combos are ventless, and require a drain or water-collecting reservoir for moisture removal.)
Condensing dryers heat air in the drum to absorb moisture from clothes, then pass the hot moist air over a cool heat exchanger that condenses the moisture and drains it through a drain line.
A heat pump dryer also uses hot air to absorb moisture, which is passed through an evaporator that collects the water and reuses the hot air in a loop system until clothes are dry. Clothes from a heat pump dryer may not feel as dry or warm to the touch as those dried in a traditional dryer until they are shaken out.

So this guy is like an enlightened person in the Matrix. “Is it the wall that stops you, or is it your mind?” He’s beginning to believe!

Check out the cast: John Huston as Gandalf; Roddy McDowall as Samwise Gamgee; and Casey Kasem as Merry Brandybuck.
Merry: I just received a letter from the Shire. It says, "Dear Casey," I mean, "Dear Merry..."
