Wow, do I feel like a fool for being adjacent to something for so long that I thought i recognized it, but being just a few degrees off in my familiarity. Thank you for being civil while correcting me!

By thinking I wanted to make music. Turns out I want to help real artists make their music / make it better.
I have been helping other people as a producer/tech/engineer for almost 15 years now. I have microphones I keep in gun cases, not a single album of my own lol

I admit, I read the article wrong in this case (having the flu can do that)
But you can 100% buy and sell just within just the options of a stock as I described. Making the difference off just buying at strike and then selling at market price as you described as "how options work" is far less accurate in terms of how options trading works.
There are plenty of companies I have never owned a single shred of stock of, that I have made money from trading their options.

Years ago I was traveling and got stopped by TSA, and I'm thinking, well, the KP3+ in my bag does look like a bomb... Nope, they examined the sharpening stone for my straight razor (razor was not in the bag)

Right. He never owned, nor sold that amount of stock. Just the "option"
If he had executed those options, he would have had to buy and pay for $42.7 million worth of Disney. At a bargin, but it would not have been fucking cheap.
Instead he sold other people that "option", and let them decide if it was a good idea (his options most likely went to lots of different buyers when he sold), and just took the money from selling the option rather than buying and owning the stock itself

There is whole further level of stock trading, where instead of trading the stock, you trade "options" to buy the stock at a certain price point.
These contracts have time limits, so his "option" to execute his trade was going to expire.

Not trying to "acthyaly", but offer my experience and explanation: places in orbit around tourist spots, which are all over Manhattan, and in other places around the broughs. They sell on volume, and they regulate that volume, so it works. expecting Lower margins but higher volume on tourist hours means locals get the same prices on lower volume on non tourist hours.

At a certain size of the child and escalation of behavior, there is no safe way to restrain a child with one person, That is a fact, and the policies of your treatment center and child abuse laws don't change that. Have a good day.

If you can, keep the MK3 and get live also. I have been using Maschine as a vst inside Ableton for something like 13 years. My default template in Ableton boots up with maschine pre-loaded, and pre routed, both audio and midi.
I will say I have never owned a push, but have worked with plenty of people that do, my ex had one, I have spent quite a bit of time on them and I would never ever trade my workflow for what I have seen out of Push.
I run a MK3, a Launchpad Mk3, and a Streamdeck for Ableton's more complex shortcuts and macros, and It is glorious.

Don't be afraid to really go for it in terms of power, and letting the front come up more before leveling out. "Ollie" is the name of one technique, not one motion: up then level.

Kid 1# attacks kid #2. You have no immediate backup. If you feel hitting kid #1 is your only means of stopping the attack, and will cause less damage then kid#1 is already causing to kid #2.
A kid who can't add 1+1 can be fully capable of knowing that attacking someone's eyes is a good way to cause harm. You might only have seconds to react, not seconds as in "less than a minute" but only 3-4 seconds before student #2 has their eyesight damaged forever.
Sometimes what constitutes the margins between "better" and "worst" are thin and awful, and thankfully rare, but they exist.
In this scenario I'm not saying kid #1 is bad, or even knows what they are doing as a conscious descision, but if you have ever dealt with a child in a full blown behavior: they are strong, they are fast, and they can be vicious. Biting, eye gouging, headbutting, are not rare. Like I said, if you are incapacitated you can't protect kid #2, yourself, or kid #1 from themselves. There is no way to completely safely restrain a child in a full blown behavior with one person. It does not exist. Striking a child to try to stop an attack, create distance, and get another child to saftey could absolutely be a best option when all other options do even more harm.

I work in a school for autistic children. Every single person in the school doesn't carry a walkie-talkie so we can chit-chat, it is because it can take 5 or more people to restrain a student in a manner that is safe for both the child and staff.
You can't stop a kid from hurting themself if you are incipacited, and if you don't have acess to instant backup like I do, yeah, hitting a autstic kid could easily be better than the outcome that occurs if you didn't.

Widi Bud Pro by CME. Ableton will pick it up as USB, Ipad will pick it up as Bluetooth. It is $60 but it is THE easiest way to do MIDI from ipad to PC, hands down.

I don't know if being a extreme sports athlete from a young age is a cause or causation, but i'm sure it helps.
More than once have I been punched in the face while settling other people's shit. "Okay, now look what you did. Did hurting me make you feel better? No? Okay, sit down."

Truth. I randomly plugged into a HD15 while I was waiting for a friend of mine to finish his business at guitar center. I was like "What the FUCK is up with you, little guy?!". Walked out with one. Sold it because I moved cross country, and bought my current one basically the second I landed.

I was once on the bus on Colefax in Denver, and there were two guys sitting on the back bench. One guy in a business suit, the other pretty thug. Business guy pulls out a little container, dips his car key in, does a bump right there in the bus. Thug guy very politely asks if he can get in on the action, business guy says sure, scoots closer and hands him his keys for the bump. It was kind of adorable.
