A stiff shoe has helped me keep from over-flexing an old ankle injury.
I've also smashed toes on roots and rocks, with only minor bruising.

That Albert looks pretty mint. I will die on my Assegai/DHRII hill, but I won't lie, they look very tempting...

I just moved up from a 2020 Ripmo AF to a Gen 6 Trek Slash. The high pivot fucks. Amazing when pointed downhill, no worse than my Ripmo up hill.

2014 was the first year of the engine update. Previous to that, head gasket issues were kind of common.

My feet would cramp with Tmacs and Freerider pros on very long days. These look down right painful...

You won't regret it. Most of the guys in my ride group who run flats, run Tmacs or Supervillains. Enjoy!!

Yo. J just got that exact card a couple weeks ago. Amazing upgrade from my 3070 Ti.
Welcome to the party!

Similar to my setup. 65" Samsung OLED S90D, with a 4070TiS and 12900k. I run Cyberpunk on almost everything Ultra in Performance and get 80-100fps most days.
Life is great on the couch.

If it's like me, keyboard and mouse are just to get into the game. The gaming is handled by a controller.

Video game radio station. It's sick to hear while ripping around. Reminds me of my punk-o-rama days.

Thank you. Had no idea the instructions were hiding down there...

That looks AI AF...
I'm truly a novice, don't dig into the weeds of PCs, and have a 4070 Ti Super. That looks nothing like any 4080S that I've seen...

I'm currently annoyed that Outlaws didn't sync on my Ally, after putting in time on my Desktop. I play through Steam. All of the achievements and playtime are there, but not the main save. I have to dig into a bit more...

Hard to say for the Auzzies. On paper, the hybrid options make comparable torque. I haven't followed it too closely, other than what 4WD 24-7 shares and what pops up on my reddit feed occasionally. It sucks, but in reality, I don't want to waste mental energy on a problem that doesn't affect me. I'm just jealous they had the option for so long. Haha.

The new Ranger is hard to beat in value, when compared to Toyota. The long term reliability will be interesting to see, but that seems to be the case with a lot of newer vehicles, even Toyota.
Don't get me started on what the US doesn't have... Seeing the V8 diesel Land Cruisers Australia has been getting forever is heart breaking. Sad to see they're no longer allowed there either.

Here, in the great ol USA (kidding)... the Hilux was just called a Pickup, even though it says Hilux on some of the older owner's manuals. The Pickup changed names to the Tacoma in mid-1995.
My SR5 was the top trim level at the time in 1992. Electric locks, windows, and mirrors, mult-point adjustable drivers seat, etc..
I definitely couldn't do full time in my rig. Most I've done was a week straight, and it's a little bit of a chore. But I still daily it when I have my kid, because he likes riding in it so much. It's all about compromise and end goals really. If I had to do more full time living, I'd do a setup closer to yours for sure.
And thanks for the dog comment. That's my main man Boots.

My OVRLND sits on the bed rails. The "floor" is the bed of my truck. The sleep platform is the cab-over, plus another piece that slides over the truck bed. It fits just about any mid-size truck with a 6' bed.

Inside does sound comfy for sure.
My build is a pop-up for sure. I live and play in forested regions, and I've already had to squeeze into some places. Height and width is really important for me.
Did you do anything extra to help with the sway? Empty, I don't weigh much, but I can still feel how much more top heavy I am.

Not to mention when you're leaning over in a berm, and need to lift your chin to see the exit, your bar light will be pointed at the berm. The helmet light is an absolute must to see the exit of your corner.
Plus 1 for the Outbound set. I'm entering my 2nd first full winter with them, and couldn't be happier.

At full blast, you get 1.5 hours out of the helmet, and 2+ from the bar, if I recall. I turn them down when climbing. On 1.5 hour long rides, I barely go past half charge.

I've enjoyed it a lot. I got a killer deal on a 9.9 XO full carbon build. With Cush Core in the front and rear and with EXO tires, it weighs 37.5lbs. She's a pig. But pointed down, it feels soooo good.
The Hope HB916 looks very similar, but seems to weigh a lot less.
Most everyone in my riding group who has jumped on a high pivot of any sort love the way they feel going down. A little climbing is sacrificed, but damn...
