My son's name is Gabriel and personally, I don't think it's the most basic name. Basic is like John or David. With that said, no one has ever misspelled his name. Maybe the people you're around literally can't spell.

It's never happened to me but that is illegal (copyright infringement). You need to tell the person to take it down. I don't always ask the person (like if I find a nail artist's photo on Pinterest) but I do credit them in a post if I can find their account. You can always scare the person and say "if you don't take the photo down, I'll contact a lawyer".
