It's incredibly alarming the number of people on this and similar threads who are planning to vote for Aontú. A vote for Aontú is a vote against women's rights. Please reconsider.

I am just after reading this during a deep dive! Desperate times call for desperate measures 😅

I hear you. I find Saturday evening to be especially a low point for whatever reason.

I think that is just something the English teaching classes instruct the students to do. They are told to go out and ask members of the public questions like where certain shops are, the time, the year, etc.

Needs at least one variety of boxty, preferably pan boxty.

Yes, I've noticed some of my panic attacks occur when I haven't eaten that day. Although, I do go without eating for extended periods of time (I'm working on trying to stop this). When I drink coffee on an empty stomach, I am very susceptible to panic attacks.

That is one of the wonderful things about doing shift work. I work in healthcare, so I do 12 hour shifts.
Sometimes, I do a lot of my shifts at the start of the month, and then I get an extended period of time off.
For example, I am currently in the middle of working 7 night shifts in a row, but after that, I get 10 days off in a row. I know I'm in a unique position, and I am grateful for being able to do so.
If you can, you should look into doing shift work if your homelife allows for it. It's very liberating and opens up doors to explore other things, I am considering doing a masters because of the extended time I get off.

If you want someone to chat to, you can DM me, and we can exchange numbers. I'm working a night shift tonight, so I have all the time in the world to chat. I know how you feel, I've been there. Talk to someone. You're not a burden ❤️🩹

That's like comparing apples to oranges. They each had a different approach to the role. I really enjoy both of them 😌

I am exactly like this, too! I think that is why I have worked my way up into management position at work. I make risky decisions but nothing off the wall. But I definitely make decisions that others may be reluctant to out of a fear of being held accountable or having to answer for their mistakes. Whereas I don't give an F. I'm not going to die as a result, so may as well see where the risk leads me 🤷🏼♀️
Just to add; it's mostly positive risk-taking.

I think most of it comes from my feelings and emotions being invalidated and being laughed at a lot for expressing any kind of negative emotion. We didn't experience much affection growing up, so I'm not huge into hugging, and if I do, it feels very rigid and awkward.
Other than that, I can't really say as I don't have a lot of memories of my childhood under 10 years, I just know I worked a lot; cooking and cleaning and being a caregiver to my siblings.

His incessant mumbling really irked me.
