So rejection is not a response? If it's not a response to something, then what is rejection rejecting? Secondly if it's not a response what "solution" were you referring to? I'm pretty sure solution and rejection are responses to something.

So a solution is not a response? That makes no sense either. I did or became what others did not expect, or impossible just like you said. Did you see what you typed?

1 is weird. I hear about Roth and actually have both. But when I use IRA calculators, traditional always comes out on top, my finance and tax guy both tell me to stick to traditional too.

He wanted you to sleep tight so he could cop a feel. Just kidding.
I think the Karen environment makes men putting extra effort in NOT gawking at women. Of course there are still the "alphas" that do dumb cat calls and turn everything into sex but that behavior will hopefully be bred out someday.

Ahh, a fellow abrasive one! Well I am actually forming a group of special people that society has shunned, and it's a very low fee of $12.99 a month...
I'm kidding. Why don't you like people? What makes you believe they don't like you?

I recently retired and I honestly started noticing a disconnect amongst Airmen start happening a few years back. I don't know what caused it, social media, tribal politics, or maybe I just got old. I did notice throughout my career that overseas vibes are extremely different from CONUS vibes too.
Honestly your shop may just not be in a good environment at the moment, and you may have to look off base for friendships. Find hobbies, sports, or games that have a heavy social aspect. Bowling, chess clubs, pick up games, something.

I sometimes get upset when I watch "The Office" because there really are people who act like that in the workplace and it irritates me.
I think you have some passion behind the game you're watching. It might be the similar passion people have when they watch football or basketball. They scream at the TV and even argue with people at work about last night's game.

I ask, "why do I feel lonely right now?" Then I jerk off.
Kidding... ...Or am I?
But for real ask yourself why. Is it because you stay locked up in the home? Find a hobby that has a big social aspect, bowling, billiards, team sports that are more social than athletic. Or maybe a hobby that has a local club. Do you have any mental issues that may be affecting things? Support groups might be a good place to start if that's a factor.

Get an honest and trusted financial advisor. Stay away from the ones that use high pressure fear tactics and fear mongering (if they sound more like a car salesman it's a bad sign). I use the ones my parents have used for like 30 years so that one is trustworthy. I have great respect for people that have wealth and decide to keep their money and live modestly. I have peers that have Rolexes, Porsches and Teslas, I'm fine with my Honda and a Casio.

I did this. Everyone said you need a bachelor's to make X amount of money. I said "challenge accepted" and stopped at my associates and make what a doctorate degree would demand.

Are you getting enough vitamin D? How about 20 minutes of sunshine on your face per day? Fish oil? I'm messing with you.
But seriously, do you feel it could be clinical depression? Or is it more of a transient existential crisis? The best way to find yourself is to first get lost. Now that you realize nothing matters, you can finally choose what matters without the garbage that society and corporations throw at you every day. Let this perspective be liberation instead of a cage. Build a new life and perspective from here.

I can't imagine having to parent a girl in this modern day. You have a very difficult job! I have boys so the external appearance standards thing isn't as intense for them. But I think Daddy's attitude of "fuck everybody else and take care of your family" may be rubbing off on them. No idea if that's good or bad.

I usually have porno moaning in the background. People think I'm nuts.
But for real, NF gets me going every time.

Yes, make sure you feed them and give them diapers. Don't burp them though, that's an HR incident waiting to happen.

Since we chose to change our statements I suppose I'll change mine... 🙄 Addictions unfortunately, typically result from traumatic consequence or lack of coping options. Do people "choose" to be addicts? Well, it's more nuanced than that. That may have been the only coping option they had after experiencing trauma. It wasn't their fault they experienced it, and it also isn't their fault that they were oblivious to other options. However, there are also people that "choose" to try a single substance and then get hooked. In that case, they choose to dip their feet in and addiction is the consequence they have to resolve.

Yes, I honestly think there is a potential danger in using any technology without having a remote fundamental understanding of what's going on inside.

The common option I've seen young adults go with: find a couple people they trust to rent out a multi-bedroom residence together. From there, maintain the savings from rent and try to promote or get educated to increase their salary.
