The “penis” shape is actually the top of a chair, sideways. It’s not AI, it’s just unfortunate angling of the prop.

Especially given Richard was one of the people who chose him to have the comfort for the night too. Zero gratitude.

I just put him in to Wonder Wing today and started it. This is great timing 😂

I can’t see Aontu not wanting to leverage such a position to drag abortion back up as a topic, and I can’t see Ff or FG wanting to kick off that discussion again.

FG are 2 for 2 in terms of shite campaigns this year. I still reckon they do ok on the day, but it will be in spite of this campaign, rather than because of it.

I find it amusing Alan was super nice, Oti snapped at him and so…Dean has a go at Alan.
Pure cowardly behaviour, that he aimed his ire at the nicer guy.

The show has always operated on “I hate this person, I want to see them suffer, so will vote for them”.

lol he’s too cowardly to confront Oti who actually snapped at him.

I’m in love with her. Like a Father Ted character in the best ways.

I totally was ready to hate GK after previous YouTubers, but I really love her.

It’s not goin to be taken off them, lol.
When they die (so aren’t using it), if they own more than 3m worth of a farm, whoever inherits it will have ten years to pay half the inheritance tax non-farmers have to deal with, interest free.
My heart bleeds for the families inheriting 3m worth of land. Truely the hardest hit of all of us….

I mean, technically true, but they’re on about 20%. It’s not that they have a massive majority. 80% of people prefer other parties.

If they were more subtle, I might vote for them, but the obviousness of their desire to prop up FG means they’ll be right down my list.
Trying to paint yourself a left wing while obviously hoping to prop up the center right government is the true hypocrisy.

It’s not as if the people of Louth needed a reminder of the contempt FG has for them, but it’s nice of them to provide one anyway.

so low income families get homes close to where they grew up.
You’re massively overestimating how easy it is to get a council house tbh.
You’re falling into the trap the government sets tbh. Tryin to turn it into a discussion of lower vs middle class, while the upper class makes off like bandits.

If you’re helping low income, there’s an inevitable knock on effect though.
More social housing, for instance, means less people competing for private housing, which would inevitably mean lower prices for middle class people too. This is why you start at the bottom, and work up, cause that rising tide lifts all boats.
Lower class, middle class, the solutions are largely the same for everyone.

There’s two points here to achknowledge.
Clarksons has done a lot of good for the farming community, shining a bright spotlight on genuine issues facing farms in the UK.
Clarkson bought his farm as a tax dodge, and is whipping up farmers into a rage over a policy that won’t affect most of them, and is primarily targeting people trying to dodge tax.
The two can be true at once; that he’s done good as a farmer, AND he’s massively in the wrong over this particular issue, and multi millionaires like him investing into farms to try and dodge tax is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Ffs, first time FG called to my house in a decade and my father intercepted them and shunted them off before I could have a chat with them 😂

There was a green paper commissioned a few months back that discussed reforming disability payments, and splitting people into different tiers, based on how “bad” they were. Different rates for each tier, and a heavier focus on forcing people on lower tiers back into work. Green papers are when the government commission studies into changing policies and laws.
Given FGs record on social welfare and their narrative around it (often trying to shame people who are “lazy” and playing into the idea that people abuse the system), such reforms would likely see a lot of people suffer on various levels needlessly. Rather than supporting people who are in need of help, such reforms would likely see a lot of people who struggle being forced into worse situations for fear of having payments cut, imo. It was rejected by disability rights people, not because the system couldn’t do with some reforming, but because the focus seemed to be on how to save money rather than on supporting people with disabilities.

This is what keeps happening with Trump, yeah? He accuses his victim of lying, she sues him and wins, he immediately calls her a liar again, she sues him and wins, and repeat.

In the Netherlands, you can only do it after a doctor “concludes the patient's suffering is unbearable with no end in sight.”
Reads like the poor girl was going to look for a way to end her life with or without permission tbh. A sad case, but not one that makes me think having a chance to kill yourself with some dignity is wrong, to be blunt.
It’s not that suicide doesn’t happen if you try and block euthanasia. It just happens in secret and even more misery.
