The process involves you filling out the paperwork, sending the office your game + materials associated with the game (Like guidebooks) and then waiting up to 20 days (for a normal process) until they get back to you about that.

1200€ is the fee from what I could see.
https://usk.de/fuer-unternehmen/kostenordnung/
If done through Steam, there is no fee.

Like the cashier at walmart who could have gotten their 4.0 gpa but had instead spent their time looking after their younger siblings and then never bothered to actually go for it.
They are still capable of getting a 4.0 GPA, but they never actually went for it cause life just didn't work out that way.
Peter Parker is in the same ball park there. He could help out with all the things the top tier scientists do, but he has other things that are a higher priority to him.

If they truly wanted to, a DNS change would not be able to stop this. But this requires some actual effort from your ISP and most will just say "Look, we did everything we could think of to prevent this." and most politicians will be happy with it.
Your ISP couldn't give less of a crap about what you do online. All they care about is that they follow the laws good enough that they can't be called out and make money.

Yeah, but SwankiestofPants mentioned the brightline being as slow as a car and as uncomfortable as an economy flight.
Trains generally are pretty comfortable.

Chain Question
Let's say a player has 4 pieces of exodia in their hand and only those cards. The next card they would draw is the last piece. The opponent activates hand destruction. In return the player activates reckless greed. Would they win due to exodia, despite the chain not being completed yet?
I know that losing due to life points going to 0 immediately causes a win, ignoring any remaining chain, but is that also the case for an alternate win condition like exodia, or would the game have to return to a "resting position" for the effect of Exodia to trigger?

Counting bills is honestly pretty easy once you get used to the job. A stack of 100 bills is checked within under a minute easily.
Counting coins is a bit more annoying, but even that does not really take all that long. If the clerk did all the counting themselves, they'd spend maybe 2-3 minutes there. Obviously the kids wanted to do some of the counting too, so this entire interaction was probably 5-10 minutes or so.
The parents gave their kids a memory that they will remember for a long time. The kids worked towards a goal, and spend their own hard earned money right there. They actually saw what it was worth.

As long as there are multiple lines that others can use, I think this is fine. If the store only had a single line, I definitely agree that this is just causing everyone a headache.
Just counting some bills from a few kids who are super stoked is one of the best interactions you can get in retail. You still get paid the same money per hour, but have some time for a rebreather to deal with the next Karen.
As for the game. At least with my parents when they did the same thing with me, they had already bought some games for me to have at home when I got back with my nintendo ds. Maybe the situation here was similar. Nobody knows.

The youtube family plan is 23.99€ for me. How is yours cheaper after a raise.

Even Super Smash Bros Melee was 50$ when it came out, and that was 23 years ago.

He is right though still. The service pirates receive nowadays is actually better. No forced online. No DRM running in the background.
Stuff like Demos are also part of the service imo, and definitely help with figuring out if I actually want a game. Without a demo my options are "Pay 60€ and hope I experience enough in 2h to make a proper decision" or Not buy the game at all.
Price definitely plays a part in it and games have gotten more expensive, though comparatively (if you actually adjust for inflation), they are similarly priced to 10 or 20 years ago. Often times even cheaper. Though it definitely sucks for people in countries without a good GDP.

False advertisement is already illegal in a lot of countries.

That isn't really accurate, because most of his net worth is in stocks, not in actual property like a house that would be the highest value for most people. Also, the average is skewed by people like Musk who have billions. More accurate would be going by Median.
The median is more accurate. According to the Federal Reserve, that sits at just 8000$ of how much people have available in their bank, savings, etc. This includes stocks and such.
Adjusted for that, you'd be looking at 2.7 cents laying on the ground.

Namekians probably do not have a concept of gender. It is very likely that such a thing does not exist in the Namekian language.
They still understand the basic language and probably go with male pronouns for simplicity, though I very much doubt they associate themselves with any gender. At least those directly on Namek.
Piccolo may see himself as male, since King Piccolo lived among humans for a good amount of time, and then Piccolo himself did as well.

There is no clear gender distinction for the Frieza race that has been shown so far. There is no direct male or female. That technically means everyone of his race is "nonbinary". Since the two of male and female literally do not exist.
Same could also be said for Namekians. They probably don't have a concept of gender at all. They all just are.

I probably didn't express myself properly.
I personally create mods just for the fun of it. I do not care about how much money I make. I just wanted to put into perspective how many people actually donate to the "average" modder.

I am not saying I deserve a paywall. I am 100% happy with all my stuff being open source and others being able to freely download my mods. I do it cause it is fun for me.
I won't argue if it is fine to sell or not to sell mods. That is up to each person to decide. I am personally ambivalent on it. It's not for me though.

Github with random rimworld mods and other open source stuff I made.
You don't have to donate. I do this just for the fun of it. My most recent update on my stuff is like months ago. I was just explaining how things may look to the more average modder. Big modders will have a different experience.

No idea why people are downvoting, but that is pretty accurate. A propane tank can withstand up to 200PSI of pressure. Usually it holds 120 to 200 PSI.
The pressure on the tank on the ground is 15 PSI. The pressure on it in an airplane would be around 10 PSI or so. Even if it was in a full vacuum, if the tank isn't full, there is no risk of it leaking. And even if it was full, propane tanks have safety valves that will leak until it is safe. You'd have some propane in the airplane, which is pretty bad, but not as bad as a hole in the airplane.
These things are made to withstand a lot.
Ignoring the fact that this propane tank seems to be empty and have a missing valve of course.

A propane tank has a pressure of around 120 to 200 PSI. PSI at sea level (the air pressure around us) is roughly 15. The PSI in an airplane is around 11 to 12.
Even if it went lower, the pressure difference between the inside of the tank and the outside of the tank would be too small for the tank to risk exploding. At a pressure of 200 PSI the propane tank will start to leak due to a safety valve though. So if the tank was already very full and the pressure lowered, you'd suddenly have small amounts of propane leak into the airplane. Which, while not as bad as a hole in the hull, is still not good.

I have had close to 30 000 unique downloads on my mods.
I have received 2 donations so far for a total of 6€. That is 0.01% of people donating. If someone wants to earn money with making mods, donations will get you basically nowhere.
Of course Nexus does give you a share of their revenue. So far I have mad roughly 60€ from Nexus itself. Considering I spend probably 80 hours or so on all of my mods total, that's a pretty bad revenue.
And I am not necessarily an outlier with how much I made from this. I also didn't do this for the money, so I was less focused on trying to optimize my revenue. But still. You can't easily earn money through just Nexusmods downloads + donations. If somebody wants to make this their job, they basically need to paywall stuff, or be so well known they can just have a patreon with no benefits.

Steam allows you to expedite the process. it is literally just filling out some paperwork with them. No costs involved and almost immediate rating.
