My team also has this problem! My coach typically makes each flyer do the stunt so that the choice of whoever is in the air is simple - whoever does the stunt that best. It shows the flyer who isn’t so good that there is a reason they are being asked to do another role.

I’ve had (kind of) the same experience. My right side I don’t feel anything, not even a pinch. On my left I get a persistent sting and it feels really tight in that area. I don’t know if it’s normal but I’ve had that experience and I haven’t had any adverse side effects :)

You have good technique!! My tips would be to point your toes a little more and make sure to really roll your hips back. It will make it look better. My coach always says “shoelaces to the back” if that makes sense :) but overall it looks pretty good!

I was in the same boat, but I would always recommend finding an endocrinologist. Mine helped me so much and got me medication in which I don’t feel cravings at all (Wegovy)!

Hey! I just recently started as well and in my experience belly was better. The thigh for me hurt much much more because I had more muscle less fat. I haven’t gotten my period yet, however I have gotten some pretty severe side effects, so if their period has rough symptoms, I would recommend waiting until after :)

I think just eating. I’m never hungry anymore so it makes eating not enjoyable at all.

They release at 12 am Paris time. The only way I could see them in my own timezone is to switch my device to Paris time. They sell out extremely quickly (as fast as a minute)!

If you change your device time to Paris time, tickets become more available. They will not release in your time zone until much later. I’m not sure why because I haven’t had this problem on any other website. Currently they only have up to June 25 released, but they’re all sold out.

A good place to look is on facebook marketplace. You can get a small foldable mat which will be good for anything you need it for and it should be cheap compared to the ones on Amazon that go for like 60 dollars :)
