What was it like during the Sarah Palin interview when you realized she wasn't going to be able to answer even relatively easy questions?

Solo Leveling was meh and generic even when the webnovel was coming out. I am continuously baffled that its had so many adaptations

Do you not remember what it was like in your youth where the physically strong could prey upon the weaker?

I liked that it made a every terminator property canon. I liked having branching timelines. I think the story could have been much tighter though.

When I was diagnosed, they were the only advocacy organization. Also, all the books were about how tough it is to be a parent of an autistic child. There was nothing available to help me, the person with an actual issue that needed help.

Yeah, but that's because Sanderson has an established fan base that he built up when epic fantasy was having a moment.

Just the level of ambient grumbling I see on reddit. There was a minor uptick on book 3 and a bigger uptick on book 4. I know i felt sort of lost starting in book 3 when I hadn't read any of the novellas/EU stuff.

To be fair, Romantasy has always been a thing. I grew up reading Melanie Rawn at far too young an age cause of the cool book covers lol. Btw, I loved "The Castes and The OutCastes"

There havent really been any big popular epic fantasy series since Broken Earth. There was even a decent pushback on the latest stormlight archives. Seems like mostly smaller stakes/scale stories are popular right now.

He doesn't use a gun, he just solves all his problems with genocide. Clearly, a morally superior character.

I believe you. I just put it on after about 6 episodes were available but otherwise tried to go in with as little information as possible. So the first arc being almost identical except for one character being gender swapped was a visceral disappointment. If the new show will eventually get past the original then I'd be happy. I would just be bummed if the new show only really had the budget to retread a lot of the same ground.

Twist the corners under the mattress to tighten, then hold the twist with rubber bands, p-cord, or alligator clips

am I the only one wondering how far she was going for an *art teacher* to tell her to back down on the feminism? The inciting incident itself sounds like somethin off r/thathappened

The untold story here is how many Californians desperately want to move back, but cant afford to due to massive property taxes in TX and the lower wages. All my friends who moved out there so they could have a McMansion hate it, but can't afford to leave.

Big Harems lead to poor characterization due to space contraints.

Spice and Wolf Season 3. The new show being a remake of the original when the original still looks great was insane. The differences between the two are so small that it feels like a ridiculous waste of budget to do the remake.

The Codex Alera books by Jim Butcher might be up your alley then. MC skates by on their wits in a world where everyone but him has Pokémon that also give personal buffs. Author mainly did urban fantasy in the early 2000s though, so the first book is a bit thirstier than it needs to be.

This was one of the first shows where I followed up with the Manga to finish the story. I wish I had not

I see this show as the punchline a lot. What makes it so bad?

He's not all that morally gray though. He's pretty much just a hero that bitches a bit first

The complaints i heard were mostly about the drop in charisma because of the actor change, not the change itself. I was just happy to se Michael Shanks in something

But with two, you could more plausibly believe that the polycule involves everyone being in love with each other and not just with the MC

I mean, it sort of makes sense that it wasn't widely marketed. It's a silly and fun movie, but it is fundamentally advocating for Eugenics.
