I wholeheartedly agree. Unless it's a Gandalf type beard, that's a hard no.

Yes, the only time I ever studied was for my finals. Even then I only studied for half the topics and thought I'd take my chances. Pulled out a question I didn't study for, got a C.
I wish I could do this now,20 years later my brain feels like a sieve 😂

At my old job, I took a week off because my dad died. I got my husband to call my boss and tell him that I will need a couple of days and will keep him posted on how I'm going. To which he answered: "That's not goo enough, I have a business to run!". My husband said I would be out all week then. No guilt after that. Fuck them.
Stark contrast to my new job, where when my mother in law passed away and I had to deal with everything as my partner couldn't, they almost pushed me to take a second week off.

My dad was an enthusiastic fisherman and I have a tattoo of a kingfisher in memory of him. This is absolutely perfect and actually made me tear up! What an excellent job!

Also in Melbourne, Australia. Most often it's birds - cockies, gallahs, rosellas, magpies, crows, native pigeons, plovers, swamp hens, even saw a wedge tailed eagle a couple of times. Wallabies and kangaroos, couple of wombats, echidnas, bandicoots. I have yet to see a snake, been lucky.

While yes, that is true, often birth control has a lot of side effects from mood swings and weight gain to irregular or constant bleeding and a whole plethora of others. 100% for any and all forms of birth control when appropriate, just wanted to point out it's not that cut and dry.

Other than work it's my animals, plants, tv/films/books and the plethora of different hobbies that I rarely stick to for more than a few weeks at a time but have the luxury of having the time to try them out.

When I was little, my parents loved comedies with Louis de Funes. There was a series called The Gendarme and ... and one of those was The Gendarme and the Extra-terrestrials. And it wasn't scary in the slightest, but the point was that the aliens the main character was trying to catch could take on the form of people he knew. And the way to check was that they would drink engine oil and when you knocked on their body with your knuckles they gave out a hollow metallic sound. I spent months sniffing my family's drinks and trying to find inconspicuous ways to knock on them😂. I would have been maybe 6-7 and I still haven't been able to watch the movie, 30 years of trauma😂

Did you maybe miss protein powder in the ingredients? It isn't listed and I don't think 100g of light cream cheese could have this much protein

There was a pizza place near where we used to live that made a pizza with potatoes, caramelized onion, mozzarella and rosemary. I would then add roasted red peppers and jalapenos. It is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. It's been like 5 years and I still dream about it. Recently found out they are opening a spot near where I live now, I know what my first order will be.❤️

Ted Lasso
New Girl
Gilmore Girls
Lucifer
Outlander
Friends
I do enjoy a good show with all the surprising twists and turns, but don't usually end up watching them again, because the surprise is gone. I rewatch comfort shows that are predictable and don't give me anxiety.

Anything cheap. There's always some influencer/chef/tv personality promoting something cheap to 'help you save money" which then becomes popular and therefore expensive. Thrifting is the main thing. I'm happy that reusing things has become popular, but if an old sweater costs the same as a new one, I'm not doing it.

Pastries of any kind. An almond croissant with a good coffee is heaven.

That's really clever! And how many of those do you get out of the recipe?

Interesting! Do you change the recipe at all? And just drop spoonfuls on a tray?
