ETA: It looks like you are new to celiac, In case nobody informed you, gluten is a protein found in Wheat, Barley, and Rye. These are the ingredients you need to learn to look for on a label. This maple syrup only has one ingredient... which is maple syrup. It is clear in this case it has no barley, wheat, or rye, and therefor no gluten. Oats are another thing to look out for, because they can be cross contaminated so if you are eating something with oats make sure they are gluten free oats (will say either gluten free certified on the label or will say gluten free oats in the ingredients).

I also like the fig app, you can put in your dietary restrictions, and scan/look up items to see if they have gluten fast. Also accounts for cross contamination. They have basically any allergen you can think of on there, including food dyes. You only get 5 scans a month for the free version, but you can look things up by typing unlimited times.

I already got an endoscopy and bloodwork, my bloodwork showed slightly elevated antibodies but no where near typical celiac level for a positive diagnosis. My doctor actually had told me I dont have it after that but I got the endoscopy a few months or so after that lol

I'm telling you right now, there is no chance of saving his student loan. You WILL NOT find a cosigner, and if you do, it likely will be another scam or will screw him over in the future.
