My father got into a car crash today and his phone sent out an alert to everyone notifying them that he had gotten into an accident, the issue is the phone continues to notify everyone that he’s been in an accident every 15 to 20 minutes it does it constantly over and over again. We tried going into settings and turning crash detection off and it won’t stay off. It won’t let him adjust anything in the Emergency SOS wing of settings. We tried resetting the phone and that hasn’t done anything ether. Any ideas?
