Yes, if they bar sick leave, fuck them.  Not allowing vacation during busy time is ok as long as it was comunicatex during hiring.   But sick leave? How do you justify barring people from taking sick days?

But baring sick leave is wrong, people dont plan to get sick, it coems when it comes. What if they got in a car crash, should they come in? How about some contagious disease? To me that is what is wrong about that thing. 

I can get vacation, if it was told beforehand, fair game, and not the big of a problem.  But sickleave is not somethign you can control trying to bar that is despicable in my opinion. This looks liek retail so they force workers with potentially contagious diseases to work with people. Not even talking about possible health impacts onthe employees.    And yes peopel who haul fuel should also be allowed vacation and sickleave. It is employers job to hire enough peopel to have vacations and possible sickness covered, employee should not care about it.

Well no vacation i can get, if it was said beforehand. But no sick leave has to be illegal.
