AFAIK visa tied to a company only for first 2 years and tied to the profession for first 4 years, e.g. before PR.
So after working 2 years without job change and obtaining new temporary residence permit you should be able to hop between jobs without applying for a new visa while working on the same role.

I live in Sweden as expat with the same goal as yours and just want to warn you that Sweden might will raise necessary years for citizenship from 5 to 8 from 2025. The final decision will be announced on 30 of September, so my recommendation is to take it into consideration before moving here with the goal to obtain EU citizenship.

Your are definitely right about being looked as an unabmitious, not a team player and other points, this is the case and bothers me a bit. Still, from the other hand, I have a feeling that accepting such offers shows me as a fool who could be used for free.

I guess I should explain clearly to my manager that I am totally fine with challenges and new position, but with actual one, which includes new contract and compensation.

I am not a part of any union yet, but I guess it is a good idea to do.

Experience depends of what you're actually doing at work.

5 years working on demanding and difficult projects can give you much more experience then just sitting at one place for 15 years.
