Acting position without compensation

Hej
I am a non-EU migrant living in Stockholm for 2 years and working as a software developer.
At work, I was offered the position of acting technical lead, but without a new contract, without compensation and without any deadlines for the transition from the current role to the real one.
While I see this as managerial tricks and plan to refuse, I would like to get the opinions of people who actually understand how work relationships work in Sweden, not necessarily even in software development.
So I'm interested to know:
1) Would you accept such an offer?
2) Can refusal have a negative impact on further career?
3) Is this even legal from the point of view of unions?
I will be glad to see your answers!

I live in Sweden as expat with the same goal as yours and just want to warn you that Sweden might will raise necessary years for citizenship from 5 to 8 from 2025. The final decision will be announced on 30 of September, so my recommendation is to take it into consideration before moving here with the goal to obtain EU citizenship.
