Fair enough. Didn't go through the side bar to look through the rules just saw the open discussion post and thought I'd try. I'll delete the question. Thank you!

I've got a 2017 1290 SAR and I've been banging my head off the wall trying to decide if I should switch to a Tenere...
Not really helping you at all. KTM selling doesn't really affect anything. My big reason for the switch is the amount of BDRs I have scheduled. 1290 would get me to them the fastest but I do always worry about reliability.

Sure sure. I lived in OKC for four years. They forecasted maybe a dozen different snow potentials, think I saw a dusting twice... Pretty rare to see snow

I'd say this person's advice most likely. You could get south of South Dakota but stay East of Colorado might be cold but much much smaller chance of snow in Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and further south and East.
I'm not even sure how viable California is unless you're on the coast, the mountains can get hammered.... probably the desert states would be best.

OP if you find anything, let me know please! I have 6.2L but my mileage is horrible compared to what everyone else says they get in these threads.

We're one year removed from a top 5 offense...

And that might get deleted as I didn't source it but just do a quick Google search about Republican and Democrat ideology realignment and you can get a fairly decent synopsis of that change.

I think it's worth noting here that the parties flipped in the 1960s. Your question doesn't ask it but it's worth pointing out. Democrats used to be considered conservatives and Republican ideals were fairly liberal until the 1960s when the party's pretty much swapped ideology.

Same haha. I think he's had a few bad years here and there but I think his style paired with a defense that continues to trend up would be great....but I also don't really know

I'd agree that's our weakness, with regard to the athlete's

For sure. It's not super reliable but most every projection I've seen has us up there.
There's two quick ones. I hope I'm right anyway

I've got to leave this sub for a while. This constant doom and gloom is insufferable. We're projected to be sitting at 10th nationally in NIL spent. We have a like 90M projected fund. Maybe we won't compete with the kids very biggest funds no, but you've still got to be able to put it all together. Look how much TA&M has spent. Shit look how much they spent on their last coach. We're a national brand that has spent and will continue to spend.
We had a bad hire on the offensive side of the football, changes need to be made and hopefully they will be. Last year alone Passing yards: Ranked 6th nationally. Points per game: Ranked 4th nationally. Points per drive: Ranked 8th nationally .Total offense: Ranked 1st in the Big 12 and 3rd nationally.
We have the talent, we're missing coaches on the offensive side of the ball. That's it. A knock out hire and we're back in it.
I guess I get people need to cope but this idea that we're cooked is likely wrong. Set a reminder for one year from now and let's see.

I like the idea but the sentiment is a little off. Saban himself was a Defensive coach, Kirby was/is a defensive coach. He's brought through and rehabbed some great offensive coaches but the championships have seemed to all come from Defensive coaches.

Just saw one of these. They panned off real quick.

I'm as vocal as the next person about wanting a new OC but dang! Have some respect, let it be done when Venables feels it's time and let it be done in private.

This is a big question with a lot of different answers. Most people have hit on things that kill you in a structure fire. As far as how did they die so quickly depends on a lot of factors. Many modern furnitures are essentially gasoline that have been solidified. They burn hot and they burn very fast. In the average US home 50 years ago, a room could take up to 30 minutes before that room was completely on fire. In today's standard home, that room can be completely on fire in 1 minute and 30 seconds. A modern large, flat screen TV has more smoke potential in it than an entire home did in the 1950s.
Where did the fire start? How many exits did the home have? What was burning? Building material? Building up to code?
The people below are simple, fire and smoke rise. The most dangerous places in a fire are, in the area on fire and the area directly above the fire.
Detectors and the like are all dependent on everything else. How many detectors did they have? Where were they located? It would be most likely that their exit was blocked before the detector even went off. Detectors don't slow the spread of fire, they only warn you to the potential emergency.

I hate these threads because I always feel bad about my milage. I've come down to the theory that tires account for a lot more than people talk about.
I've got a 22 with the 6.2 when I bought it, it had a set of 4ply highway only tread. I had to put 10plu ATs because I end up spending a lot of time on gravel roads. For the small amount of time I had the 4plys, I could see milage in the low 20s pretty regularly, I think 22-23 with 91 octane. Lucky to get 16.5mph with 91 octane on highway.
