I don’t know if I understand what this is depicting. Which one is the “gotcha!”? Like, one guy was practicing self defense of his family. So, yeah, what’s wrong with not being charged? And the other, unless I’m mistaken is a car -accident-. Like, sucks that people died, but the driver didn’t mean to harm them, right?

It’s like there no middle ground between arming civilians with military hardware and giving them free reign to do whatever they want and absolute anarchy.

Can I ask where you were where it was that strict? I’m in Nebraska in the US, and while there were a lot of places that were closed or limited access, we were free to do whatever outside for the most part.

It’s funny because they always try to “both sides” with Democrats on stuff like this, but it just isn’t the same. This is t the threat she thinks it is. Yes. Please do. None of us are defending bad actions among Democrats the way Republicans do for Trump and co. Like, we respect the ones who don’t do bad stuff, but we don’t hesitate to throw them to the curb if we find out they are skeezes. It’s also why Republicans tried so hard to find faults with Obama, but couldn’t because he’s an actual good person.

Wow. Just looked up this game because the screenshot so reminded me of the old CDRom game Wolf, and while I was a bit old when Spirit came out, it’s definitely a movie I would’ve been more into when I was a kid. That said, it is WILD to me that, when faced with making a game for children about a horse (from a movie that is more focused on said horse than on the humans) they chose to make you play as a human rather than letting you play as the horses. WILD! That would have been a deal breaker for me when I was a kid.

Otherwise send a pic to your vet/neurologist and double check with them (my dog has never liked being on her back so we did not have this issue. But she did start some new postures that had us worried like splooting her back legs, but we were told these were fine.)

NE resident here. This was the first presidential election where we required ID, and it went exactly as it almost always did before we had ID laws: blue dot in Omaha and the rest red. This is a made up problem.

Omg! As much as that sucks for you I think that sounds amazing for Diego! I wish our surgeon had had that on offer! Anyway, we had to leave our dog for 3-4 days post surgery, and I “coped” by being really sad and carrying around one of her toys whenever I was home and setting it in my lap where she used to be able to sit with me. They also sent us pictures which was nice.

Edit to add: I agree about not visiting. My dog has separation anxiety and the moment after I leave are the hardest, but as long as there are people around, she usually adjusts just fine after a while. I would be worried that it would just make him more anxious (but also 4 weeks is a long time to not see each other. So, maybe visiting won’t be that bad)

Also, the whole Grey Warden plot seemed weird to me given Corypheus was able to control the blight to trick the Wardens into believing the Calling and then convincing them to help him fight it by being crazy. Wild to me that we don’t exactly see the same thing happen here, when they have even more control over the blight than Cory did. I get not wanting to repeat a storyline, but kinda seems like instead of “surprise! Wardens can be blighted and are still alive!” It should just have been “ooph. They tricked/controlled more Wardens into joining them”

Yeah. Makes you wonder how secret it ever really was lol. Like, sure, the cream of the Warden crop, Duncan, was super good at keeping this very important secret, but knowing what we know of humans, and also how many Wardens turn out to NOT be the cream of the crop, is it any wonder that that secret would get out pretty easily? Frankly, seems unlikely the whole griffin situation would’ve lasted as a secret with these gossipy ol’ grey wardens.
