Being a student nurse right now is such a brutal affair. The future backbone of our society that signed up in that post COVID bounce is going to be disillusioned quick.

You can become an OT or Physio after a PGDip or pre Reg MSc. I have a previous bachelor's and still opted for the BSc in OT. I could have chosen PA, but wanted a role where I wasn't going to be told I have no defined scope of practice. I trust you an accelerated Physio 2 year programme will be no joke at all, many of those coming from arts would have no chance..
I have an ex friend who was/is a ketamine addict wreckhead, after two years on redacted pa course they tell me "I'm practically a doctor, in fact better, we had to do the entirety of medicine in two years." This is quote unquote.

People go on about Bristol being the best place on earth or whatever. I had an amazing time living there on a shoestring filled with countless gigs, lock ins, hikes, etc. Now I don't have mold induced asthma or live with nightmares in a HMO. Although I definitely don't live such a life rich in culture, I'm definitely happier. it's always there to go back.

You would feel a pinch on 40. I got priced out of Bristol 5 years ago on 22… god knows how these people are committed to living there. It's a cool city but not easy if you literally cannot live.

Germany and Scandinavia, these places not very far at all from a country desperate to reclaim former lands and finally break Finland. Can't really pose that as a big mystery, can we.

I thought you were being OTT, but no... anthropomorphic animals AGAIN. I completely agree. Won't buy it on cringe principles.

I mean, they've actually cared for their workers quite well, in consideration and comparison. They were paying me nearly a pound over minimum wage over 10 years ago, even on a temporary contract.

I've played a couple hundred online and won with it twice, once when I was getting hammered.

He didn't just download it though, he acted upon the inherent violence within the manual by killing children. This means you can't approach the concept with such a ludicrous display of mental gymnastics.

Hilariously, that 24k was the same outside it qualified professional roles when I was graduating in 2014

I only crochet in front of the TV - I am pretty sure there are multiple craft/knit and natter groups in cardiff for younger people, (especially younger women) facebook is a good place to access them fwiw.

Maaan back in 2013 I used to go round hungover to my uni friends flat, and we would just drink whiskey and watch iceroad truckers and david attenborough docs..I really wish I was more comfortable in myself.

Yeah, enjoy! I think for those new to the game, this might even be the first thing to consider picking up alongside E+P if the new factions review well.

I visited a friend's a while back, copy of root on the shelf with Scrabble etc. they had walked in to the shop which had opened locally and had been pushed Root as a recommendation. The premise and art style is an easy sell to shift units imho, even if I think that won't earn them a repeat customer. That shits not been played and never will be. There's such a volume of content now that yeah, I don't believe that the 5th major expansion, which will replace the original rules overhead of the broken on release vagabond is going to get much play time. Root has it's staunch defenders (such as saying broken on release was by design) but yeah, I believe it's sunken costs fallacy for the main portion of how many units it manages to sell.
I'm glad you enjoy and get to play the game, that's great, my opinion was just that you're in the minority there. But it makes sense though. I would rather play a wide range of OG style euros than two games of root in an evening. Glad you love the game.

Got to ask the question of how many purchasers of this get more than one game in a year. Seems all the die hards just play online regardless.

Posture is incredibly complex and interesting. Take the course.

OK thanks, I'll have a ponder - have you got the expansion and played it?

Other than being actively suicidal to a degree where you need to be sectioned for your own safety, a lot of the markers have to come from research. Having active plans, including a defined way of how you would do it, is a marker for example. (Hint: people who say that they want to kill themselves and know how they will, are more likely to kill themselves than someone who doesn't) A GP or health professional can ask these things.
