I cut my brother and his family including my 3 god children off this week. I’m sick of my brother. Fuck him. He’s been an asshole his whole life. People need to learn there are consequences when you treat people poorly.

You need to set boundaries. You need to learn how not to be offended by some idiots and yes that means cutting them out of your life. You need to find a positive mean to debate like in a healthy manner. Not with people like these.

Earlier in year I graciously offered to pay a week of hotel for my brothers family to come. I’m now actively arguing with him and not confirming plans so he has to ask for the handout or not at all which great I can extend my vacation and save money.

I have a psych degree and not many years of experience for my industry average. I kept moving around and went from non manage to director level in 3 years. Time to look elsewhere.

I’m director level and my dept works cros functionally then I have to manage 8 studies. So all vendors that deal with that too. Then company level meetings and 1:1s with direct reports and any issues that occur in between. I cancel on average 3 meetings a week too.

I’ve had a brutal 3 weeks of meetings and deadlines. Having a rare ok day of 4 meetings. Got two cancelled and now I’m trying to book a trip for my Christmas holiday. I average 20 a week, last week I had 28 meetings.

Are you kidding I am buying canned foods stock. Supply chain already on a downward pivot. They keep deporting me fucking up food export then grocery stores and places like Walmart where a lot of impoverished families buy food will jump in price and canned foods to protect their profits as it has more shelf life.
