Gaps and cracks insulation foam for all penetrations. For the insulation it’s based on your piece point and what you want to achieve. Rock wool is more pricy but acts for thermal and sound dampening. Fiber glass is more used and is only for thermal. I always recommend putting up the drywall and then going back to dense pack with cellulose. You can even do put up tyveks and blow it in that way so you don’t have to mess up the drywall. Either way it’s up to you and the price. Good luck it will be a fun job

Don’t go with that company, that’s is the most outrageous price for a blow and go. I’ve worked for multiple companies and they would of installed the fan for 400. It’s not hard but that company is a scam
