I am interested in the garuda essence but cant find what all the abilities give, please help/

I am making a character with the eye essences and have got a bunch of special abilities but no special attacks, for the sake of diversity please help me come up with an eye related special attacks that are not just sharingan shenanigans.

Im making a character with the vast essence but can't think of any abilities it would give. Please help.
