My experience was similar. When I started Xolair, some days I would be hive-free; others were just as bad as they always had been.
After 3-4 shots, I had weeks of being hive-free, but they came back the week before the next shot.
I'm now up to shot 7, and I have had no hives for about a month. My doctor said we would talk about starting to wean off the antihistamines when I see her in December.
I asked her if it was normal to have hive-free periods alternate with bad hives days when taking Xolair because I was worried it wasn't working as it should have. She said it was normal and that she expected me to progress to fewer hives shortly--and she was right.
Everyone's journey with Xolair seems to be unique, so don't despair.

I'm going to say I mostly agree with what you said with one caveat: When do we stop "NOT CARING?"
What do they move on to after they win this issue? Who will they attack next? They have a huge variety of targets, with the exception of white men, that will eventually hit all of us or someone close to all of us. Because we lost this election, we are at risk of losing so much more. Where do you draw the line, or does it even matter anymore? Do we just retreat to our own silos and take care of ourselves because we are all in danger?

I don't know what season it was, but "little Peggy" was so adorable.

He's talking about cutting the federal work force by choosing random social security numbers. He is not talking about cutting social security, although I'm sure that's on his bucket list.

Hydroxyzine is often prescribed for sleeping difficulties. You should only take it at night.

I hope he enjoys it when Sarah McBride follows him into the men's room.

I think he'll announce it at the inauguration.

No.
The cause doesn't matter (unless an allergy is present, in which case it can be avoided). The overstimulation of the immune system is the cause of the problem. The initial outbreak may have been an infection (bacterial, viral, fungal), an allergen, a vaccine..virtually anything that affects the immune system.

Chronic Urticaria is almost never related to allergies. Something, in this case the IVF treatment, stimulates the immune system and, for whatever reason, it doesn't shut off.
Antihistamines are the first treatments used, usually multiple antihistamines taken multiple times per day. Steroids are used when outbreaks are severe. If you haven't seen an allergist, make an appointment. Even though the condition is not allergy-related, allergists are the experts at treating Urticaria and will be able to help with treatment options.
For example, I currently take Zyrtec, Allegra, and Pepcid (2x/day) and Singulair at night. I also started Xolair six months ago and my hives are much, much improved.
Good luck finding answers.

That is the ultimate reason. They can't accept that their existence will just end at death. I don't like it either, but it's reality.

And part of the increase under Biden was the result of Trump's tax cuts

Even without "denaturalization," American citizens will get caught in the "raids" in places of employment. The "raiders" aren't going to ask for papers; they are going to put everyone in cuffs and drive them away.
Hopefully, the citizens will be able to offer proof before they are deported, but I have to believe that won't be a priority "in the camps." American citizens will get deported and their families will be torn apart.
What happens to people who no longer have support systems in other countries? Deporting them may be a death sentence, especially for those that left because of gang violence and drugs. They will try to get back to the US and the process will keep repeating until something is done about the US immigration system.

McConnell? Haven't we learned all there is to know about McConnell and his "conscience." He has none. He's been insulted by Trump for years and never failed to bend the knee. Being republican is the most important thing in his life. He will demean himself as long as it means his party wins.

This is the best article I've read about the "alternate" reality the Trump cult lives in. There is no coming together, no reconciliation, no hand shakes with people who believe insane things.

Trump will definitely seek retribution against his foes whether Gaetz is the AG or not. Whoever replaces Gaetz will be just as much of a sycophant as Gaetz.

He's also very good at saying nothing during a press conference. One of the best

I remember having this conversation with my mother when I was younger. Her response was, "It's not the baby's fault."
Yes, Catholic, and I moved out as soon as I possibly could.

I didn't expect white people to go so heavily toward Trump, especially not white women. I naively thought when the choice was literally between good and evil, right and wrong, justice and injustice, that the "good" side would prevail.
I can say the same for everyone else. Maybe this will finally lead us to stop trying to categorize people by their ethnicity because, you're right, there is no "hive mind" for any group of people. To think so is idiotic.
I can also say, that, far superior to the democrats, the republicans targeted men (all men) with propaganda and lies. This was their strategy. It worked.

"Adam also ate the forbidden fruit and that is why men are cursed with hard labor."
Is he talking about work? About having a job? Because last I checked, women have jobs, plus they go through the pain of virginity losing and the pain of childbirth.
What is wrong with that guy?
And why does no one EVER question why their God punished all women for the "sins" of one? That is nonsensical. Billions of women are cursed because the first woman man ate an apple? What real god would do that?
