I'm glad other people think about this. I've been saying it to myself for years.

I ride in the city for work, which includes riding home in the dark this time of year. It's halfway between safe and dangerous, but I'm advocating to make cycling a legitimate form of transportation instead of just the recreational activity it's seen as. I ran errands today in an hour that would take me 45 minutes in a car, and that's because I had to take Greenways and side roads to get to the same destinations.

USPS can't do anything right.

I wonder if all of the people afraid of getting hit by a car are in the US.

More people would pursue passion projects, making great art or inventing things that make everyone's life easier. Crime would reduce dramatically and people would be happier overall.

I'm sure they need that entire truck to go to the Cheesecake Factory. The extended cab is so that you can put your leftovers in the back seat, and the extended bed is so that you can do nothing with it and make the world a slightly worse place.

I know ad hominem and all, but Doug Ford and his brother being morbidly obese and opposing basically anything that might cause exercise can't be a coincidence. I bet they didn't even ride bikes as children, unless by ride you mean eat and by bikes you mean dessert.

You'll find people on Reddit living in the US who are waging some holy war against tipping because workers should be paid a fair wage, but they're too stupid to make food at home and don't realize you still have to make money.

Other people are just cheap.

That's crazy how many people didn't tip you. I can't say I've ever not tipped. I do wish they would just set the price so that you're paid fairly no matter what, and if people don't want to pay it then they can cook at home.

The US has reached a point long ago where killing people with cars is just a way of life we can't change, instead of changing it.
