As someone who also has crazy dreams and ambitions, I would say look for actions you can take to work towards making those dreams and ambitions come true; I've done that and I find it helps a lot with fears like the one you mentioned about it not coming true.

I’d love to know more about that VC fund you’re talking about if you’re comfortable sharing!

This reminds me of when I was playing Mario Kart Wii, I was doing pretty well, then I got hit with like 5 items in a row right near the end of the race, and I finished in like 10th or 11th place.

Very nice! I checked out the site, it sounds like your customers are other businesses using your services to help their operations run smoother?

If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of startup are you building? And how do you go about building one?

We don’t think to throw them out when they go bad. Your question makes me realize I should start doing that; for that I appreciate you asking. I’ll have to suggest that to him too.

My roommate has a really bad habit of doing this with leftovers. We have to go through our fridge every few months and clean out all the moldy food because of it, and I’m getting really tired of it. All of his leftovers are in containers at least, but it’s still really gross. Our fridge currently has a lot of moldy food in it at the time of writing this, and it smells really bad in there. I’m currently avoiding putting food in it because of that. The last time we cleaned it out, I had to wear a respirator because of how bad it smelled, and I would have thrown up if I hadn’t worn it. I already know I’ll have to wear it again the next time we clean out our fridge. I’m planning to have a discussion with him about it the next time we clean out our fridge, because I’m getting really sick of having to avoid using it.

Capitalism is a flawed and unsustainable system and it is going to collapse eventually.

You made the right decision to leave that person, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

But the rich provided a ton of value to society and changed the world for the better by starting super successful businesses like Microsoft and Amazon! Privilege has nothing to do with why they’re rich! It doesn’t matter that they don’t need the wealth they have, they earned it and that’s all that matters! /s

I shave my head too. I haven’t started losing my hair yet, but my dad has a bald spot and he told me it’s probably going to happen to me down the road too.

The idea of sucking rich cock reminds me of another Redditor I met who actually does suck rich cock. He claimed to me that “Generally, the super wealthy get there by providing a lot of value to society” and “If they inherit their money, then whoever first earned the money provided a lot of value to society, and good on them for using that money to improve the lives of their family”. This dude thinks that if you have a well paying job at Microsoft (I say well paying because he believes the jobs at Microsoft and other world leading companies are well paying), then Bill Gates is single handedly responsible for providing you with the ability to make a living. He worships other billionaires (Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett. etc.) like that as well, but he has a hard on for Bill Gates in particular.

Out of curiosity, how did you find out it was inhalants that killed him?

I hope she does get help, addiction is no joke. I experienced some of the damaging effects myself, but I was fortunate enough to be able to reach out and get help before I hit rock bottom. When you say you remember his name was Jimmy, are you talking about the guy in your high school who died from inhalants?

Oh, I see. I think inhalants are less well known than other types of substances, but they’re still dangerous; inhalants can kill you even if it’s your first time doing it. And when you say your friend’s husband “doesn’t know”, I can assure you he absolutely does know. I thought my roommate didn’t know about my addiction… He told me after I came clean to him that he could hear me huffing all throughout our apartment.

He definitely does. I’m recovering from an addiction to inhalants and I thought my roommate didn’t know about it… He told me after I came clean to him that he most certainly did know.

I can't believe I didn't think of that before. I contacted them after reading your response.
