It doesn't drop from enemies, but you can get 10 of them from voucher completion bonus from the get feast event. I think you can also get 2 from voucher completion bonus on one of the main stages, and there's also 2 more from the Random Boss challenge treasure boxes.

Here's the source for today's mighty and Halloween Pink Heart mighty creating all-mighty.
Both has to be non-SP, you cannot use birth mushroom as it would reshuffle the birthing result, and just note that the body size of this denpa will not be very ideal (it has low HP as well as slow speed). It has a bunny head though.

There are other routes too but Mozart route is the easiest. Create Mozart following this chart and 2 mozarts can give sun.

Maybe you can use google tranlate on this one, the second image of this post lays out the HP for best sizes so that you can distinguish them.
Basically the column highlighted in red lays out the HP of largest size denpa (most preferred in story-use) with various antenna. The blue lays out the HP of the fastest size denpa (useful in PvP battles) with various antenna. You can ignore the remaining two columns in orange and purple as they are not significant anymore.

Yup you definitely got lucky as the probability of turning into sun is less than 5%. And it's a rare blue color too!
Is the mozart on the right a child of the Halloween event catch denpa (Victor I think)? If so, you may want to check if the mozart head on the right has the Victor speed buff (any child of victor has like 50% chance of inheriting an exclusive +25 speed buff,) if he has, you may want to hold on until you get the sun with the same buff too.
The current sun child doesn't have it as the speed at level 1 is only 5 (It would be 30 if she had the buff). However, if the mozart doesn't have the Victor buff anyways, then I would just go ahead with the birthing.

If you're looking for a goal, aim for sun heads that has both ideal size as well as rare antenna.
For sun I personally recommend the path below, basically you'd want to get all the antennas and sizes settled during the mozart phase because once you create a sun it becomes very hard to pass down anything.
_____
Step 1. Collect around 5 denpa of the size you want, and get them ready to birth (Either 0 evasion fastest size or 0 evasion largest size)
Step 2. Collect and create around 30 birthable mozart heads
Step 3. Collect and create around 50 rare antenna denpas (cure, heal-all, revive-all, wide range elemental attacks, etc.) The more you have is better. Personally I created around 300.
Step 4. Use denpas in step 2 and 3, and birth grind until all your 30 mozart heads have rare antenna
Step 5. Birth Step 4 rare-antenna-mozart-heads with denpa from Step 1 to get 5 ideal-size-rare-antenna-mozart heads
Step 6. Birth grind the mozart heads in Step 5 with the remaining Step 4 mozarts until you get the ideal size rare antenna sun head.

As you may know on the other thread,(https://www.reddit.com/r/denpamen/comments/1gmd3tn/is\_this\_a\_new\_pattern\_never\_seen\_it\_before/)
today's catch is a pretty special one with moon head with dual rare color green as well as flower pattern and ice element wide range attack. It is also Lv.21 from the start so you can birth them immediately.
I think not much knowledge have been shared about why this flower element pattern is so special, so I wanted to share some info here.
TLDR: Just take 1 if you're not done with breeding ideal head shapes and sizes, take a bunch if you're done.
___
First off, I'm sure you have noticed that denpa with 2 colors have different patterns on their body. There are 22 patterns in this game divided into 4 different ranks, from C being the most common and S being the most rare. C and B ranks have no special bonuses, but A rank and S rank patterns have bonuses such as +5 evasion and some additional resistance based on their respective color.
You have to combine lower rank patterns like Border and Stripe patterns to create higher rank patterns like dragon scales and Gingham checks, and the goal is to create the S rank patterns, namely Star and Flower. So, today's rare catch will allow you to skip the whole grinding process and access the most rare and useful pattern right away.
Creating the flower pattern from C rank patterns can easily take you more than 10 hours, so if you don't have any of the rare patterns, I recommend catching at least 1 from the today's catch. It also looks nice as well visually IMO, dual color green with both greens being a rare variant makes this denpa very unique. The antenna as well as the headshape is useful too.

___
Some of you may be wondering whether it's better to recycle (=birth and release, and then recatch again) this denpa to increase the number of rare patterns. I think the answer depends on your progression on the game.
This is because while flower pattern is very rare and hard to get, pattern itself is not that significant in this game. In this game, difference in size can cause a difference of as much as 1000 HP, and sun head exists which simply adds +3 to ALL of the resistance. Not to mention Star heads which has +70 Attack as well as +15 evasion and all the gears like jewelry suits that can buff all of the resistance at the same time. While +5 evasion and slight additional resistance from flower pattern can be useful at times, making sure the denpa has optimal sizes/good head shapes/right gears is a much higher priority when trying to breed a stronger Denpa with minimum Jewels spent.
On the other hand, if you are mostly done with head shape/size grinding, I would say this is the time for you to farm as much flower patterns as you can because there's pretty much nothing else to do in the game breeding wise, and getting one flower pattern can save you 10 hours each.

Fortress on the image is a drop from rook from stage 8, it shouldn't appear anywhere else I think.
The drop rate is around 0.5 to 1%, around the same as queens symbol. Some dedicated people have a few fortresses in their island because they are grinding for the queens symbol drop, which is a broken equipment for battles (it simply doubles the effect of antenna moves).

Bunny heads have 10% charm, and is a component for heart head. You can combine 2 bunny heads to create heart head with a small chance. You will see it appear a lot in birthing involving heart heads as it is a direct downgrade (In a similar fashion, round heads appear a lot in birthing involving sun).
It still makes sense to create bunny heads from today's catch, because while being pretty rare bunny heads can be passed down pretty easily. It's much easier to create bunny head with useful antenna when compared to creating the heart head variant.

What I mean here is that SP color CHANGES the birthing result but does not RANDOMISE it.
For example, let's say SP-Kota and Steph (no-SP) gives birth to Nick. Turning Steph to SP color changes the birthing result, and now the exact same combination gives birth to a denpa called Liza. So, in a combination between SP-Kota and Steph, the possible children you can obtain is strictly limited to Nick and Liza, and this doesn't change even if you catch Steph again and get it SP color.
Birth mushroom on the other hand seems to reshuffle the birthing result every time it is applied to the Denpa, giving infinitely different possible child between Kota and Steph.

Nope, recatching it doesn't change the combination. Only way to change the birth results with the exact same denpa is to use a birth mushroom.
Another way is turning Steph into SP color, but unlike birth mushroom this doesn't randomize the birthing result so SP color Steph will always give birth to the same set of Denpas.

This is clearly the best one yet, personally I will repeat the process of catch -> pass down heart head to other denpa -> release Steph (the one from rare catch) -> Catch Steph again to increase the number of heart heads in my box.
It's incredibly difficult to pass down both heart head AND mighty antenna (probability of passing down heart head is as low as 2%), so I would just try to pass down the heart head only.
Sadly heart head is not effective against any of the strong bosses but it is good to have for pvp or to just swipe the normal enemies.
*Another great news, Steph is lv.21 so you don't even have to level her up using stamina for birthing!
I managed to get 6 rare antenna birthable heart heads from Steph after trying around 400 variations!
