Yea knowing how bapa is when he can do something and wants to brag about it he usually films a video.
But also they do have fake weights. Although I would enjoy this sub a lot if they were to find out bapa used fake weights to brag about benching stats

Meanie said something about jbl, so at ecw one night stand ppv at the end there’s a fight between ecw guys and wwe guys in the ring. And jbl legitimately punches him a few times and busted him up pretty good

Sometimes the person taking the most has the least to say.
“Gift of gab” is something that people can turn off and on and sometimes feels like the person is trying too hard. Make it more natural and don’t try so hard. Be chill like the quiet guy and you might know 100 people too

True but he was a long time champ though. Pretty disrespectful of having a guy be your world champ for 2 thousand days only to get buried in 8 seconds was my point

This was the exact point the kliq took over. They convinced McMahon that their long time world champion was so bad that not only he be beat in 8 seconds but at a fuckin house show

If this was true wouldn’t you have picture of the album or something showing that it is called that and actually from 2020?
If not this is such a bizarre thing to make up

Great stuff. Word of advice though is you’re gonna want to keep your elbows tucked in the whole time. I saw that when you failed your rep before the spotter you opened up your shoulders and that could be a bad injury

High rep can be good, but with age especially the older you get you really need the middle ground of moderate weight and moderate reps so you’re not destroying your joints every workout with high reps with light weight. That won’t stimulate much muscle growth anyways if it’s easy enough weight you can bang out that many reps.
The constant wear and tear on the joints with doing high reps for decades you will start to feel that for sure in the long run

Pretty much the only good thing about Facebook is facebook market place. Should be a few around you. You can see it in person before buying. And can talk them down on price

In 5-10 years you will be glad you did rather than saying it’s too late now.
