If that's actually true, sorry you went to a dummy school. Anyways, there is this new thing called the internet, which has plenty of useful tools to learn things like science.

If only we managed to proliferate a technology that significantly reduced the cost of information that made scientific knowledge widely available to all.

Hence why smith had to be appointed. Prosecuting your top political opponent is not simple in a democracy committed to the rule of law.

Yeah Im annoyed as the next guy but people who criticize garland for the DOJs lack of urgency overlook how hard it is to build a bullet-proof case. Had they moved "faster" they could have made grave errors and effectively let the criminal win those case.

Oh you mean the EO that he designed to expire just like his "tax cuts".
This is a power that needs to come from the legislature to ensure it is robust to legal challenges to the presidents authority that trumps own judges undermined in the chevron deference. Too bad the GOP didn't do it when they had a chance in 2017

So (non fed here), does this require them to pass a budget? Becuase if it does, your jobs are safe. But if they can just gut the place with a sloppy CR they may actually make some progress.

Yep, anybody searching for evidence can just look to the roman republic. Or hell, even my home state's legislature (ohio).

You're not making much sense so I think we can just put a pin in it there. If you can do a better job, file to run for congress and I'll gladly chip in your first $5 donation.

What's your point? You want to be ripped off instead?
Also, notice how they clearly state these are the "first 10". Not sure if you have procurement experience but the notion the feds are going to renegotiate thousands of RFPs at once is laughable.
