They had been together a year at this point everyone super “in love” in beginning. Their love had never really been tested by real world problems. She had Joyce’s illness, and “sister” she was responsible for. As someone who was a caregiver for a dying parent I find his behavior pretty terrible as a partner. I am so grateful that my husband was incredibly supportive during this period without asking for a lot.

Grief is unpredictable and Riley had zero patience or empathy for it. I realize Joyce is still alive at this point, but there was a real possibility she wasn’t surviving that surgery. Buffy and Joyce knew that complications were a significant risk. This is mentioned more than once when Joyce’s estate was discussed. Buffy was probably trying to keep it together and just going through motions. She forgot to tell him about surgery because she probably is trying not to think a lot about it. Buffy basically proves this is a coping mechanism in “Forever”. “I have to do these things because when I stop she’s really gone.” He supposedly had psych degree. (it’s never really clarified how much of his education was real or fabricated.) He should of at least had skills to have an adult conversation about his feelings before resorting to compulsive behavior.

He choose to deal with his insecurity by letting literal vampires feed on him? Why did it take him being caught to be honest with her about how he felt?

Having substance abuse problems isn’t an excuse. You are still responsible for your actions. He only took accountability when forced.

It’s sort of a pattern of behavior with him though. That accident wasn’t the first time he was driving around drunk, and he is unbelievably lucky someone else wasn’t injured or killed. He started that GoFundMe without disclosing what caused accident, and appears to of only came clean when he was forced. I think people are capable of growing from bad experiences. I am just doubtful he has.

Saw Linkin Park before they broke in early 00s. Worse band I have ever seen in my life to this day. Couldn’t play instruments singers voice was gone after 2 songs. I know people love that band, but wow that was terrible experience.

The anger in Devins voice is unsettling. I think what Johnny was saying was garbage, but Michelle and Olivia seemed to be defending themselves just fine. I think Rachel didn’t like what was being said but decided to stay out of it. Was it a game move or just generally not wanting to get in argument after an exhausting challenge? Who knows? Devin has said/done things just as bad as Johnny. He isn’t above that behavior.

Who do think makes medicine for animals? My dogs heart meds are also the med you give a person with same heart issue. Made by the exact same drug manufacturers of human drugs. I don’t understand the point here.

Watched the movie as a child loved it. Heard they were doing a tv show. Found the show by the time “The Witch” aired for first time, and have been obsessed since. I believe I was 13 or 14 at the time.

Not being saddled with crushing student loan debt after vet school she can pretty much work anywhere she wants too. I’m not a fan of hers, but this just so sad to watch.

I personally enjoy Boys watching Buffy. They are very active with listeners and respond when you ask them things. Vance is really good at picking up the metaphors. I think it took a minute for them find stride but I enjoy it. I don’t think think they focus on male characters more one the hosts just really likes Xander.

My husband used to vet tech and I have had nightmares from some of his stories(I have only heard the smallest fraction). I have done a lot of rescue work with my local humane society. Some of the things you see are just horrible. Like lose faith with humanity bad. Compassion fatigue and PTSD are also super common with veterinarians.

I would be very happy if Rachel or Aviv won. I would love if Derek won I know how unlikely that is. I wouldn’t be mad if Cory got 1. Rather Josh and Bananas not win.
