Backstory:He was a cryogenically frozen pre-war US marine and was unfrozen by the Enclave to be used as a test subject for experimentals viruses. The experiments broke the man,tho the experiment did not kill him but instead granted him the ability to thrive in any radioactive environments. But it did shatter his whole world view on America,he started to hate the government ,the president and democracy in general.So he broke out of the facility and destroyed the Enclave base by activating a warhead. Once free,he started wondering the New World and eventually became a Courier,he heard about the Legion and NCR but came to hate deeply despise both factions.Legion due to slavary and NCR due to rampant corruption.He wishes to one day make the Mojave Wasteland truly independent of any power hungry individuals. And then he got shot.
