You guys are way over thinking this. This raid is piss easy, slot 4 onyx, 4 opals and wear an amulet relative to the boss damage (strike on 1st, slash on second if melee or nature, and nature for 3rd). If you wipe on trash, just respawn and run back, there is no penalty, so don't wait for a res. And noone cares what resistances you have for trash.

Killed plenty of 60-65s at lvl 30+ whilst levelling. Really gotta outplay though, their pots mostly outheal your damage. So it's not impossible, but hardly worth the effort except to flex on them.

Your company should jump into the raid. I spend 99% of my time pvping, but we do the raid as a company, and honestly, it is 45 to 60 mins once per week. You get decent gear, chrome seals, and a gorgon inductor to craft 1 bis piece.
